Baked King Prawn Yoghurt Rice Curry Chicken With Potatoes

This is the eleventh day of CNY and I decided to go Indian while still celebrating CNY.You must be wondering why the name of this dish is so long ! This is our dinner last night....baked king prawns with minced garlic and chili , seasoned with a little sea salt and butter. I baked the yogurts rice with turmeric , cinnamon , cardamon etc. garnished with coriander , cashew nuts , raisins and also a very good chicken curry to go along. So sorry friends for not updating my blog soon , I have been really busy lately searching for a new house. I promise I will give all of you a good treat once I have the time.

Those are REALLY big prawns. Maybe it's just what we get here but that is mega jumbo compared to the jumbo we buy. Looks amazing.
