Ketchup Squids

I've been very busy lately and I wish to apologise to all my friends of my absence for so long.
I've in fact accumulated many recipes and photos during these time , just that I'm so tired and lazy to update after all the tedious time spent hunting for our new dream home.
This is my kids favourite squid dish and they can eat at least 2 bowls of rice topped with plenty of sweet and sour sauce each time I cooked this

Ingredients

300 gram medium sized fresh squids
2 large tomatoes
1 large red onion
Some parsley or coriander

For Sauce

4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
3 tablespoon sweet & sour chilli sauce
1 tablespoon plum sauce
1 tablepoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of white pepper powder
A little water

Method

Wash and discard all unwanted parts of squids including the ink sac. Drain washed squids properly. Cut squids into rings , slice onion and tomatoes and set aside. Mix all seasoning and water in a bowl and set aside for use later.
Heat up some oil in a frying pan , sautee onion till golden and soft , add in the tomatoes and stir fry over high heat for a minute. Add in squids and seasoning and fry till squids are JUST cooked and sauce thicken. Dish up , garnish with parsley or coriander and serve hot with steamed rice.
