This is a chicken dish I cook regularly for my family. It is very easy to prepare , nutritious and very delicious. I used a whole kampong chicken ( free range chicken ) for this recipe. You may use wings , thighs or drumsticks or chicken breast .
I used my new Neoflam ceramic casserole to braise the chicken , usually I'll use my Scan Pan to bake the chicken. The result is equally good and my kids love their rice soak with the fragrant sauce.
You may refer HERE for the baked version , the main ingredients used are the same , just that you have to braised slightly longer than the baked version to achieve tender smooth texture.
